Hospice Care
In celebration of your loved one’s life, we proudly partner with Ecumen Hospice Care, a highly skilled and comprehensive team of comfort-care specialists who share a passion for providing physical, emotional and spiritual care. Together, they developed Mosaic Moments, a collaborative approach to creating a memorable and meaningful experience for your loved one and your family.
We’d be honored to introduce you to their team and help arrange hospice services for a loved one who lives at home, in your home, or here at a St. Mark’s community in the heart of Austin, Minnesota.
